A farewell celebration will be held Thursday in honor of Julie Fredericksen, branch manager at La Habra Library, who is leaving to become the Rancho Santa Margarita branch manager. She has been at the La Habra branch since August 1997, and said her commute from Corona was a factor in her decision. Her replacement has not been announced. The party will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the library meeting room. Information: (562) 694-0078.
