The City Council has approved an agreement with the Los Caballeros Racquet and Sports Club that releases the city from liability for problems that might arise from a mini-storage facility proposed over a sewer line. Mayor John Collins said that if anything goes wrong, the club would agree not to hold the city responsible. The mini-storage facility is set to be constructed at 17264 Newhope St.
