Parents are invited to the grand opening of the Parent Education Media Resource Center in the Brea Community Center. The event, at 695 E. Madison Way, is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 23. Parents can learn more about how to raise their children by reading through the center’s printed material or watching the videos. The center also offers parents free access to the Internet.
