ACCM Agrees to Acquire K5 Plastics

ANAHEIM — American Custom Components said it has tentatively agreed to acquire K5 Plastics Inc., which designs and makes molds for plastic parts for electronic connectors and other components used in technology, medical, military and various other markets. Terms weren’t disclosed.
