Fundamentalist Takes Bruins to Task

After reading Kris Johnson’s comments after UCLA lost to Oregon last week (“It’s more disappointing because we lost to that crew--they’re not a very good team.”), I am compelled to remind him that the game is still played on hardwood and not on paper. If Oregon is not a very good team, what does that say about UCLA?

I am constantly disillusioned when I am reminded that athletic arrogance is alive and well in many of today’s gifted players. Kris, I have one word for you: Princeton.
