Apartment Complexes Sold in Camarillo, Oxnard

Two apartment complexes in Ventura County have been sold for $13.5 million.
The sale involved the 85-unit Villa Ponderosa Apartments in Camarillo and the 166-unit Sycamore Apartments in Oxnard.
The purchase was part of a larger acquisition for Pine Tree Torrance II, a limited partnership. California Commercial Investment Brokerage handled the transaction.
