Residents Want Gated Community

The Village San Juan Homeowners Assn. will ask the City Council today to give conceptual approval to a plan to turn the 692-home residential area into a gated community.
A public hearing on the issue is set for Feb. 3.
The council meeting will be at 7 p.m. at 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
