Wholesale to Be Bought

ANAHEIM — Toronto-based Officeland Inc. said it has tentatively agreed to acquire Wholesale Group Inc., an Anaheim-based wholesaler and exporter of used copiers. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Wholesale Group generates more than $4 million in revenues a year, Officeland said. Officeland resells used photocopiers.
