CEC to Offer Stock

CEC Properties Inc., a Newport Beach-based manager of golf courses, disclosed plans Monday for a secondary offering of up to 2.8 million shares of stock. CEC Properties said the shares are being offered by shareholders who acquired securities that are convertible into common stock in connection with a $1-million private placement.
