* H.E. Julian and Associates of Oxnard won a $507,653 contract from the Navy in Point Mugu for ground maintenance.
* Hydra-Electric Co. of Burbank won a $199,967 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for electrical equipment components.
