CAM Data Systems Inc.: The Fountain Valley designer and developer of inventory-management, point-of-sale and accounting software systems for retailers and wholesalers said net income for the third fiscal quarter ended June 30 climbed to $250,000, or 12 cents a share, from $9,500 a year ago. Revenue advanced 11% to a record $4.9 million from $4.4 million. Net income for the nine-month period fell to $20,000, or 1 cent a share, from $148,500, or 7 cents a share, for the corresponding period a year ago. Revenue rose 5% to $13.5 million from $12.8 million.
