Online Reservations for State Campsites

You can now reserve campsites at California state parks via the Internet, 24 hours a day.

The reservations are available at https://cal-parks.ca.gov. Click on “Park Reservations,” go to the PARK.NET page, click on “Make a Reservation” (under the PARK.NET title at the top of the page) and follow instructions. The site includes campground maps.

Reservations also continue to be available by calling (800) 444-7275, 8 a.m to 5 p.m., seven days a week. Of the parks’ 18,000 campsites, about 10,000 are on the reservation system; the rest are first come, first serve, a spokesman noted.
