Scoring the Ships

Thanks for printing the “Cruise Ship Scores” (Just the Facts, June 28). It guides me and my friends in selecting a cruise ship.

We wanted to take the Queen Elizabeth II. But its sanitation score is always a marginal one, never between 92 to 98, as one would have expected considering the above-average reputation it has in other respects.
