Re “Pooling Their Resources,” June 8.
There is a very simple, effective, economical solution to preserving the endangered vernal pool located at the entranceway to Moorpark on Route 23: Don’t build anything on the south side of the development.
This would:
* Preserve the pool.
* Preserve the picturesque view.
* Preserve what little wildlife and natural habitat are left in Moorpark.
* Send a message to future developers that the residents are more interested in preservation than development.
