Micro Tech, Simeon Levi Sign $768,000 Lease Deal

Micro Tech Resources has leased 29,600 square feet of industrial space at 4284 Transport St. in Ventura from Simeon Levi Co.

The multiyear lease is valued at $768,000.

Micro Tech, a distributor of computer-related parts to major retailers, will relocate from Camarillo and use the new facility for warehousing and distribution.

Capital Commercial/NAI represented Micro Tech in the transaction. Simeon Levi was represented by CB Commercial.
