10% Discount OKd for Flood Insurance

The Federal Emergency Management Agency will give residents a 10% discount on flood insurance premiums issued or renewed after April 1, city officials said.
The city applied for the rate reductions for the National Flood Insurance Program policies after its efforts to reduce disaster risk in Fountain Valley.
