* Festival and fund-raiser. The annual BayWalk and KelpFest fund-raiser is set June 6 in Santa Monica. Participants in the 5K/10K will clean the beach as they walk. Every Wednesday at 8 p.m. from June 3 to July 1, the Los Angeles Conservancy will present Last Remaining Seat, a series of classic films and live entertainment in the historic theaters along Broadway in downtown Los Angeles.
