Residents will have to wait until at least Dec. 7 for the City Council to rule on a proposed Burger King at Red Hill and Walnut avenues. Residents of the nearby Tustin Greens complex have criticized the plan, saying the fast-food restaurant’s drive-thru would cause noise problems. The Planning Commission recommended the project earlier this month.
