Metro Border LLC has opened an On the Border Mexican-style restaurant in Northridge. The company operates two in Orange County and plans to open eight more in Southern California over the next three years.
Metro is a franchisee of Brinker International, Rancho Santa Margarita, which operates more than 930 restaurants worldwide.
