I know the focus of the interview with Kirk Douglas was Kirk Douglas (“Douglas Beats the Count,” by Robert W. Welkos, Dec. 7), but since you mentioned the co-stars, producer and director of “Diamonds,” would it have killed you to also mention the writer?
He’s a friend of mine and his name is Allan Aaron Katz. There wouldn’t have been a movie for Kirk without Allan’s script.
