Museum Celebrates ‘Gone With the Wind’

ATLANTA — The enduring allure of “Gone With the Wind” was celebrated this month with the debut of a museum commemorating the 60th anniversary of the film’s premiere here. The museum, opened as a part of the Margaret Mitchell House in the city’s downtown, displays artifacts from the film, ranging from promotional posters in several languages to the original door of the Tara plantation.
