The Lions Club holds its annual Fish Fry fund-raiser this weekend at the pier. The 55-year-old tradition raises money for city charities; last year, $7,000 went to McGaugh Elementary School for new computers and the swimming pool. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Cost of the fish and chip dinner is $6. Beer, wine, coffee and sodas also will be available, and for those not big on fish, there will be a hot dog stand.
