The Orange County Community Foundation has awarded the Blind Children’s Learning Center a $11,521 grant, one of 31 such grants donated to nonprofits throughout the county for the 1998-99 fiscal year. The funds will be used to expand the counseling department. Information: (714) 573-8888, Ext. 102.
