Wohl to Build Corporate Office Park

Wohl Property Group said it will break ground later this month on a nearly 12-acre suburban office park in the community of San Dimas.
Via Verde Corporate Plaza, which is being developed in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors, will comprise three buildings totaling about 155,000 square feet of space.
The project will be located at the intersection of Via Verde and San Dimas avenues.
The $21.5-million, speculative development is scheduled to open in early 2000 on land purchased from Hondo Oil Co., according to Wohl, a San Juan Capistrano-based real estate development and management company.
Brokers John Minervini and Erik Larson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the site’s buyer and seller.
