The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District will talk about its 1999-2000 goals and objectives at the school board meeting tonight. Areas the school district hopes to improve before the school year starts in September are reading, math, staff development, assessment and accountability, technology, school safety, recruitment and facilities.
