The preservation of Casa Romantica, home of San Clemente founder Ole Hanson, is proceeding, officials said. Casa Romantica was recently saved by an anonymous $1.25-million donation. Council members G. Wayne Eggleston and Susan E. Ritschel will be on a team to select a consultant to outline plans for preserving the house as a cultural center. Information: (949) 361-8200.
