Goodwill Industries soon may have a new donation center in the 2500 block of East Imperial Highway if the nonprofit organization’s request for a temporary trailer permit is approved tonight by the Planning Commission. The proposed donation center, next to Wal-Mart in Brea Union Plaza, would be attended by a Goodwill employee during daytime hours, seven days a week. The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 1 Civic Center Circle.
