City Hall’s heating and air-conditioning system will be revamped under a plan approved recently by the City Council. Athena Engineering Inc. of San Dimas bid $114,500, the lowest of six bids, to perform the initial phase of the project. Funding for the work was approved in the 1998-99 budget, and the bid price is 30% below the engineer’s estimate. Information: (714) 741-5391.
