The Orange County branch of the Salvation Army will mark Independence Day on Sunday with a country fair at its Tustin Ranch Church, 10200 Pioneer Road. The family event, which kicks off with a skydiving demonstration, will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Entertainment and food will be available.
