Titan Men Meet Boise State in Conference Tournament

Pairings and playing times were set Sunday for the Big West men’s and women’s basketball tournaments this week in Reno.
Cal State Fullerton, the fourth-seeded team in the Western Division, will play Boise State, the No. 1-seeded team in the Eastern Division, at 6 p.m. Thursday in the men’s tournament.
Other games in the opening round Thursday match UC Santa Barbara against Utah State at noon, New Mexico State against Pacific at 2:30 p.m., and Long Beach State against Idaho at 8:30 p.m.
The UC Irvine women’s team, fourth-seeded from the West, will play North Texas, the top-seeded team from the East, at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Other games Wednesday match Long Beach State against Boise State at 3 p.m., UC Santa Barbara against Nevada at 6 p.m. and Idaho against Pacific at 8:30 p.m.
The semifinals will be Friday and finals Saturday in both tournaments.
