The next City Council meeting is March 9. Among the items on the agenda are an update on both the James A. Musick Branch Jail proposal and the upcoming Safe and Healthy Communities Act, an initiative aimed at requiring two-thirds votes to approve airports, jails and other “noxious” uses.
