The Leaders in Training program kicks off Wednesday, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., with a mandatory orientation at City Hall, at Alton Parkway and Harvard Avenue. Youth from 13 to 19 years old will participate in a variety of programs, including the Mobile Recreation Unit, Kids Club, health and safety certification, recreation classes and special events at local parks. Participants must register before the orientation; call (949) 724-6610. Cost is $30.
