The City Council recently approved an additional $40,000 to finalize plans for an Interstate 5/Crown Valley Parkway onramp connector lane to the Oso Parkway offramp. The funds will go toward the purchase of right-of-way property from Caltrans. Developer Lincoln Property Co. will then buy the additional property from the city. Information: (949) 470-3000.
