The City Council recently signed an agreement with the Orange County chapter of the Red Cross ensuring that city staff and community volunteers are adequately trained for emergencies. Designated shelters will also be made available through the agreement. Among those shelters will be the Travis Ranch Activity Center, the Thomas Lasorda Jr. Field House and the Yorba Linda Community Center.
