The City Council this week approved hiring a firm to design the renovation of the Bark Park on Arlington Drive and to design a second, to be located at Fairview Park. Needed improvements at the highly used park include turf, irrigation and lighting. The council already has approved $150,000 in funding for the two parks. Borthwick Guy Thibault will be awarded an $11,885 contract to design the renovation and the new park.
