The City Council recently approved the development of a gated community of 25 single-family homes and a private park at the northeast corner of Village Road and Rancho Viejo Road.
The 7,500-square-foot private park will be adjacent to Rancho Viejo Road and its intersection. The city has rezoned four acres, which were designated for office development, for a residential neighborhoods.
