The City Council unanimously approved financing for preparation of a cultural plan for Anaheim last week. Many members of the arts community showed up at the meeting to support the cultural plan. “I think we will find that the $100,000 investment will quickly be returned to the community,” said Councilwoman Shirley McCracken before the vote.
