Merrill Lynch & Co. introduced a security Wednesday that allows investors to own a basket of 20 Net stocks, including America Online, Yahoo and E-Trade Group. The firm sold 3.8 million of the shares, known as “Internet Holders,” for more than $400 million. The depositary receipts will start trading today on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol HHH.
