Seminar Planned on Legal Issues

The legal aspects of residential and commercial real estate development will be the topic of a daylong seminar April 14 at the Biltmore Hotel, 506 S. Grand Ave., in downtown Los Angeles.
The 29th annual Benjamin S. Crocker Symposium, sponsored by the real property section of the Los Angeles County Bar Assn., will be held from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Crocker, who died in 1973, was active in the bar association’s real estate education programs.
