Copies of an environmental impact report for the proposed Whispering Hills development are available for viewing at the library, 31295 El Camino Real.
A public hearing on the development is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at City Hall. A public workshop on the development is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday at City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
The development proposal includes the construction of 360 single-family homes on 350 acres in Whispering Hills, off of San Juan Creek Road at the end of Camino Lacouague.
