Eric Jessen, Orange County chief of harbors, will speak tonight at the Orange County Pioneer Council’s annual dinner at the the Santa Ana Elks Lodge #794, 212 Elk Lane. Jessen’s presentation, “Life on the Irvine Ranch,” will feature a collection of photos curated for Irvine Regional Park’s centennial celebration.
