The Recreation Center and the community-based organization youth group 20/20 will present Kids of Character Night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 16 at the public library. Kindergartners through third-graders will listen to stories that illustrate one of the 12 character-development words developed by project BEST (Building Ethical Standards Today). Admission is free.
