* Office Depot Inc. said fourth-quarter net income rose 22% to $84 million, or 24 cents a share, from last year’s $68.7 million, or 18 cents, including charges and credits in both periods. Profit from operations, excluding the one-time items, fell to 21 cents a share, in line with analyst estimates, from 23 cents. Sales jumped 18% to $2.7 billion.
