Anyone with an opinion on the annexation of Portola Hills and Foothill Ranch is invited to testify at a March 8 hearing on the issue.
The Orange County Local Agency Formation Commission could approve Lake Forest’s applications to annex the east side areas at the hearing at 9 a.m. in the county Hall of Administration, 10 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
The public can submit comments in writing by the end of this month to be included in the commission’s staff report.
