Some Stories Too Rich for His Tastes

Columns like “Hot Property” and articles like Agnes Huff’s about building her new ocean-view house in Playa del Rey so she can, in part, display her “treasures from her travels” (“The Hard Part of the Dream,” Jan. 2,) have their place, I guess, in these self-absorbed, “me-me-me” times.

These stories about the rich and other celebrity-types doubtless make more interesting reading than, say, a spread about some guy remodeling his kitchen in Van Nuys.
