* Condor Pacific Industries Inc., a Westlake Village-based maker of navigation systems and components for the defense industry, has acquired Honeywell International’s Cheshire and Heath divisions. Terms were not disclosed. Condor said the acquisitions will make it one of the largest makers of rate gyros in the world.
