* International Rectifier Corp., an El Segundo-based supplier of power semiconductors, agreed to buy Zing Technologies Inc. of Valhalla, N.Y., for $28.5 million to boost its sales of products for aerospace and other power-systems applications. On the New York Stock Exchange, IR fell 6 cents to close at $33.88, and Valhalla, N.Y.-based Zing rose 38 cents to close at $15.38 on Nasdaq.
