The city’s Redevelopment Agency approved plans to hire financial and legal services in preparation for the improvement and beautification of La Habra Boulevard.
Redevelopment directors voted unanimously twice on the issue; once to approve financial consultants to analyze the agency’s 10-year tax projections and an anticipated bond to help fund the project, and a second time approving legal services to act as disclosure counsel for the bond process.
