The City Council will discuss the alternate use of the former El Toro Marine base at its meeting at 7 tonight.
The council also will consider an agreement with the county and the Friends of the Library to contribute $200,000 toward a storage space at the El Toro Branch Library, which will enable the current community room to be used for meetings rather than as a storage area.
The meeting will be held at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
