The Planning Commission will continue reviewing a request by the owners of a Burger King on Pacific Coast Highway to convert the fast-food restaurant to a Starbucks coffeehouse with a drive-through window at its Aug. 9 meeting. The owners have not completed a request for drive-through estimates, Assistant Planner Michael Cummins said.
